Fabulous. Exciting. Vertiginous. The Barnes Foundation is unquestionably the Museum of superlatives. Its name evokes something all. But this is not really knowing what that private art collection represents. Created in 1922, the tion fund Barnes is today considered one of the most incredible collections of the post impressionist to the first signs of modern art. For the record, Mr. Barnes is a pharmaceutical entrepreneur who had set a goal to promote education and arts education. This was achieved !
